Following the end of Be Your Own Beloved I find I miss the daily photo prompts. I liked going through my day thinking about a photo and generating ideas for how to follow Viv's prompts. What I enjoyed most about the class was the opportunity to catch my body in motion. 

I have long disregarded the beauty and wonder of my body- focusing mostly on my brain and sometimes my smile and emotions. It turns out I love seeing my body in motion and it appreciates the invitation to move. I like the silliness best right now- just setting the timer for 2 seconds and then wiggling or shaking. Invariably I am smiling when I do this...I like the way this smile comes through in the photos even (or especially) when my face doesn't show.
